Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping
We ship with USPS. Delivery times depend on USPS and your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Delayed items
If an item in your order is delayed, we’ll email you with an update. 

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not able to redirect or reship orders sent to an incorrect address.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, email us at miranda@xomirancollection.com and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
